The World of Whole Body Cryotherapy

The World of Whole Body Cryotherapy

How does cryotherapy work?

The temporary DRY chill penetrates the outer layer of the skin. Once out of the chamber, the body immediately begins to reheat.

The state-of-the art Impact Cryotherapy chamber fills with nitrogen vapor, lowering your skin temperature. The treatment lasts 3 minutes.

CIRCULATION

Cryotherapy triggers vasoconstriction & dilation and the release of oxygen into the bloodstream, delivering oxygen enriched blood to depleted tissues around the body.

MENTAL ACUITY & MOOD

Cryotherapy causes the body to release Norepinephrine (NE), a valuable hormone & neurotransmitter that is active in improving both mental acuity & mood.

ENERGY

The body’s natural response to freezing temperatures is to release Norepinephrine, resulting in an increase in adrenaline and boost in energy.

MUSCLES & JOINTS

Cryotherapy uses the body’s natural recovery processes to trigger a release in anti-inflammatory agents that reduce inflammation at muscles & joints and repair damaged cells, resulting in reduced pain.
